You can put a brand new system in a house and still have a bedroom that will not cool, because the duct feeding it is crushed, disconnected, undersized or leaking half its air into a crawlspace. A lot of the homes we work in around Burke, Catawba and Caldwell counties have duct in vented crawlspaces or unconditioned attics, and after twenty or thirty years the damage is real.

We inspect, repair, seal, insulate and replace duct systems, add and relocate returns and supplies, and handle the humidity problems that come with our climate. We also install filtration, UV and dehumidification when the house needs it — but only when it needs it. We are not going to sell you an air purifier to solve a duct leak.
